Do I have to go where my insurance agent tells me?
No, as the vehicle owner you get to decide where, when, and how your vehicle is repaired.
Do you provide a loaner vehicle?
Yes. We provide a loaner vehicle or a shuttle service for our customers so that getting your vehicle repaired doesn't have to be an inconvience. We will also work with your insurance company if you have rental coverage and can assist you in getting a rental vehicle.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate? How long will it take? Does it cost to get an estimate?
We provide free collision repair estimates and you may drop in for an estimate anytime during our hours of operation. Estimates take approximately 20 minutes to complete, depending upon the extent of the damage.
How long will it take to repair my car?
Because each collision repair need is different, there is no standard time period necessary to make repairs. The length of time is dependent on the extent of the damage, availability of parts, and of course, your insurance adjuster’s timeliness. However, Ken Vance Body Shop in Eau Claire, Wisconsin does everything we can to keep your repair time as short as possible. Do you work with my insurance?
Yes. We work with your insurance to get them all the information that is needed so that you can easily file a claim for any damage to your vehicle.
Do you have a drop off option?
Yes. If you get in an accident while we are closed or need to drop your vehicle off before our hours of operation, we do have a key drop off. This makes it more convienent for customers who aren't able to be here when we're here.
What qualification do the technichines have?
Our employees are factory trained and I-CAR Gold certified allowing them to have the knowledge and skills needed to perform complete, safe, and quality repairs.
